Full-Day Camps at
High Plains Environmental Center
At Rugged Research Nature Camp, we offer the ultimate summer nature experience! We have now partnered with HPEC to combine everything you know and love about Rugged Research's outdoor learning model with the comfort and convenience of the Environmental Center's facilities.
Camps will be led by park rangers, naturalists and environmental educators as they explore the urban ecosystems, lakes and native plant gardens surrounding High Plains Environmental Center in Loveland, Colorado.

Students will also participate in new and exciting activities and games every day- from nature journaling and hiking, to tracking wildlife and raptors at the environmental center!
There's never a dull moment at Rugged Research Nature Camp!

-Our 5 day camp takes place at High Plains Environmental Center, located at 2698 Bluestem Willow Drive, Loveland CO.
-Camp is a Drop off/ Pick up program (not overnight camp).
-Runs on Mondays - Fridays
-Most days will comprise of 1-3 miles worth of hiking on easy terrain.
- Ages 7 - 12

Morning- 8:30am - 12:30pm ($345)
Afternoon- 12:30pm - 4:30pm ($345)
Full Day- 8:30am - 4:30pm ($650)
