Little Rangers
Have fun, explore and play!
Rugged Research offers early childhood (Ages 3-6) weekly adventure classes in nature. Classes are led by Park Rangers, Naturalists and Environmental Educators. Little Rangers will learn how to become inquisitive and caring towards the natural world while developing the building blocks of environmental stewardship.
We believe that purposeful exploration is fundamental to a child's growth and development. Nature-based education taps into children's sense of wonder and compliments all learning styles. Our program is designed to help children explore, discover and problem solve.

Sessions will take place at several beautiful parks to experience seasonal changes in different Colorado ecosystems.

Little Rangers will run, jump, get a little muddy and connect with the natural world - all while having a blast!

Weather:
Our classes run through all types of weather, making rain, snow, and sun all a part of our learning and play. If dangerous weather is in the forecast families will be informed if the class needs to be postponed and we will likely have the class that upcoming weekend instead.
Ages:
All classes are for children ages 3-6 and guardian must be present for the program
* Little ones ages 2 and under are welcome to tag along at no extra cost.
Location:
Each session meets at a different location and will take place at some of the most beautiful parks and open spaces that Colorado has to offer! Specific meeting points within the parks will be emailed out each week before the class but we will usually meet at the main trailhead.

Cancellation/ Refund Policy:
Unfortunately, we can no longer offer refunds for cancellations of Little Rangers classes. However, we'd love to have you join us on a different day that works for you! If you would like to reschedule for a future date and apply your tuition as a credit for a future class, please send us an email at Contact@RuggedResearch.Org and include what date you signed up for and which date you would like to attend instead. Thanks!
